Eat Antioxidants for Health and Fertility

We have finally reached the end of our miniseries on antioxidants. Now it's time to look at a few antioxidants and the foods they are in. You can include the foods listed below if you like any of them but you don't have to.  A diet rich in any variety of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, legumes and other lean protein sources will provide a host of antioxidants and other nutrients which will help to keep us fertile and fit.
