8 Wellness Tips for Fibroids

Uterine Fibroids are one of the most common women's health concerns. With most women developing at least one fibroid by the age of 50 (70% of white women, 80% of African American women), there's a good chance you or someone you know will be affected by them.

The exact cause is unknown, though many risk factors have been discovered. Some, like age and ethnicity, you have absolutely no control over. Fortunately, many of the risk factors are lifestyle choices within your control.
