3 PCOS "Rules" to Break in 2021

One of my biggest pet peeves, since I was a kid, is misinformation. I loathe it.

As a result, myth-busting has become one of my favorite things to do. Why? Because misinformation keeps people from achieving their goals. It sends them in the wrong direction, often far away from the very thing the misinformation promised them.

And nowhere does misinformation run more rampant than on social media and the internet.

According to social media and the internet, there are a lot of supposed nutrition rules people with PCOS “need” to follow. And a lot of those so-called rules are absolute trash. In this video, I share my take on three of the most common “rules” for PCOS people think they need to follow but really don’t.
