Yoga for Women's Health

Hi there! I hope your day is going well, I really do. Today, you're in for a real treat. My dear friend, fellow dietitian, and yoga instructor, Stacy Leung, was gracious enough to create a yoga video perfect for those days when PMS feels like it has your uterus in a death grip! A bit dramatic, I know.

And I can tell you from personal experience, yoga is amazing for menstrual pain. Heck, it's just amazing, period (see what I did there?) It holds a very special place in my heart and toolbox for supporting optimal women's physical and mental health.

There's even research to support it's use for improving PCOS, PMS, and infertility. Check out the links below to read some of the research, if you're into that sort of thing.

Alright, ready for the video?

All you have to do is head over to Stacy's blog and check out her post on yoga for the menses. I promise, you won't be disappointed.

And if you're fortunate enough to live in or visit NYC, make sure to visit one of Stacy's yoga classes or schedule a private session with her.

Be well,

Kendra
