Today we have yoga for the ovulatory phase. The ovulatory phase is like summer. It’s the main event. The peak. Many women report it’s when their libido is high and they’re feeling more extroverted. Which makes sense when you consider that it’s ovulation that needs to occur for pregnancy to happen unassisted.

Technically ovulation occurs in a single moment in time but for the purposes of our series, you can practice this flow a couple of days before ovulation until a couple of days after.

Each of these poses was chosen to gently create heat and movement.
