I feel a lot more confident about my body and health, and a lot less anxious.

Before working with Kendra, what were your symptoms? How were you feeling about your health/ fertility and body?

My symptoms were having trouble sleeping, soft and inconsistent bowel movements, weight gain, and low amounts of energy. I was not feeling great about my body and health. I had a lot of worry about what I could do to help and understand my body.

Before working with Kendra, what had you tried/ what were you doing to manage your symptoms/ reach your goals?

I had tried reaching out to my doctor and doing yoga on my own.

What was it like to work with Kendra?

Kendra is kind, caring, positive, and uplifting to work with. She makes every meeting feel like a conversation versus a "meeting." After starting a food diary, Kendra left encouraging notes and made me feel great about my progress. Kendra takes great care in her notes after each meeting and puts great thought into her yoga sequences she designs.

Since working with Kendra, how have your feelings about your health and body changed? How have your symptoms changed? What goals have you reached?

I have felt a lot more in tune with my body since working with Kendra. I have a positive start to my day by doing her yoga sequence and am more aware of what I'm eating as well as how I feel after eating. I have noticed an improvement in my bowel movements as well as my energy levels. I feel a lot more confident about my body and health, a lot less anxious.
