30-Days of PCOS + Yoga: Full Sequence Video

For the entire month of November, I shared a yoga pose video each day on YouTube. The videos guided viewers through the poses (or poses similar to the ones) used by researchers to study the effect of yoga on PCOS symptoms.

As a quick overview, just in case you haven’t had a chance to watch the video or read the article I wrote about it, yoga can:

  • improve period regularity

  • lower insulin resistance, blood sugar, and androgens

  • improve acne, hair thinning, and anxious thoughts

  • reduce facial hair

For the final video, I shared a 30-ish minute yoga sequence based on the exact sequence used in the research study so you can experience the same benefits the study participants experienced. I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you here on the blog!
