There’s no shortage of nutrition information on the web, social media platforms, streaming services, podcasts, and in books. But large quantity doesn’t necessarily mean high quality. Much of what’s out there is outdated, incorrect, and in some cases, downright dangerous. Not to mention so much of the information conflicts with and contradicts other information. Which can leave you feeling confused and overwhelmed. Worst of all, the information rarely takes who YOU are and YOUR unique health history, preferences, culture, and goals into account.
Whether you have PCOS, endometriosis, PMS/ PMDD, are trying to conceive, are pregnant, have recently given birth, or you simply want to support your overall wellbeing, I can help you adopt new nutrition habits to reach your goals.
Past clients have experienced:
happy healthy pregnancies and babies
confirmed ovulation after not regularly ovulating

improved blood sugar balance and insulin sensitivity
improved cholesterol levels

“It is no coincidence that within a few weeks of working with Kendra, I got my first postpartum period! By week 11 of working together, I was pregnant! Not only did I reach my ultimate goal of pregnancy, but I have a completely new relationship with my body. I no longer count calories, track my steps, use exercise as a form of punishment, attempt restrictive diets, or fear fat & sugar. I trust my body, my intuition, and have compassion for this process.”
