Hi there!

I’m Kendra, an award-winning women's health registered dietitian, registered yoga teacher, and certified aromatherapist. Through the use of yoga, mind-body coaching, and nutrition, I help women improve their health, increase their chances of conceiving, and care for their bodies, minds, and souls all without confusion, overwhelm, and restriction.

My feelings around my health and body are more positive. I still have the diagnosis of diminished ovarian syndrome, however after more than eight months of not having my period, it came back at the end of the year, and has been coming regularly. My sessions with Kendra started in July and ended in October. While my goal to become pregnant has not happened yet, my sessions with Kendra have improved my overall mental health and perspective on conception. After two failed IVF cycles and a spontaneous pregnancy which lead to a loss, my mother and sister gifted me with Kendra’s 12week package as I prepared for my 3rd IVF cycle. And indeed it was a gift. Working with Kendra was wonderful! She is very friendly, thoughtful, knowledgable, and encouraging. After talking with Kendra during an initial "howdy call", I didn't realize that my lack of ovulation could be from HA, or hypothalamic amenorrhea, since by all appearances I was regularly bleeding, and in my mind, was getting monthly periods.
Kendra helped me figure out that my past vegan diet was probably too restrictive and wasn't nourishing enough after the birth of my son and my miscarriage. Especially given all the physical activity I tend to include in my day like yoga, gardening, running / walking, aerobic step, and little kid wrangling.
Kendra really got to the bottom of my lack of ovulation, and gave me great action items to work on.
